EXISTING CLIENTS: To view or modify existing appointments, you’ll need to create a Noterro login and password.* 1. Create your account and password in Noterro. 2. For security, your new login has to be manually linked to your existing client profile (so someone else can’t access your information just by using your email). Pending accounts are checked twice per week, but if you text 615-933-9612, it can be linked sooner. 3. After your profile is linked, you’ll be able to log in and view and modify your existing appointments. *If you do not currently have any upcoming appointments, you do not need your account linked ahead of time.
